About the Recipe
The saying "you are what you eat" applies not only to humans but also to our furry friends. A healthy digestive system is crucial for overall health and wellbeing, and that's where a balanced diet comes in. Including a variety of nutrients through vegetables like kale and lean proteins like fish and turkey is key to maintaining a healthy digestive system for both humans and dogs.

Ingredients
2 pounds ground meat turkey, cooked thoroughly and drained
2 cups cooked brown rice,
6 hard boiled eggs
1 large sweet potatoes, clean, peeled, cubed, and steamed
1 (15-ounce) bag frozen green beans
1 cup carrot, diced small
¼ cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium apples, clean, cubed
1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
Preparation
Heat a large pan over medium/high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add the carrots and apples and cook for 3-5 minutes, until both begin to soften, stirring occasionally.
Add the frozen green beans and steamed sweet potatoes, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Add the cooked turkey meat back into the pan along with the rice, eggs, hemp hearts, and parsley.
Stir well. Top with plain greek yogurt to aid in digestion, mix, and serve.
